Adequately prepared investment opportunities must include a Grantor, a Grantee, the legal clause describing the interest in the easement, Financial Consideration, a throughout the legal description for land burdened by the easement, a legal definition of land benefitted by the easement, of course, proper execution by the Grantor and then proper notary acknowledgment for the Grantor.
